Creative Strategist

Brooklyn, NY • As of September 2016, I am working on the partnerships team at CreativeMornings as the Creative Strategist. My duties include a large amount content strategy development and digital production for our various partnership and community needs.

CreativeMornings/New York is the most interesting project in my current workflow. I publish a NYC-focused newsletter for 30,000 subscribers and manage the social accounts for 18,000 followers.

Communications Intern

New York, NY • I interned on the communications team at Squarespace from January 2018 until September 2018. I assisted my team members in writing for press materials and securing coverage. My main responsibilities included: managing media lists, creating presentation materials, monitoring relevant news outlets, and conducting research for the perfect media opportunities.

Favorite media campaigns: Super Bowl campaign with Key and Peele / Grammys with Leon Bridges / Oscars with David GuttenfelderSquarespace Circle

Community Host

Los Angeles, CA • In 2015, I served as a Community Host at the Impact Hub space in LA’s Arts District area. My main responsibilities were maintaining the overall co-working space and providing any support to the main staff. I also greeted members, checked-in guests, and created content for the newsletters and internal community event promotions.

A few projects I loved working on: Antifragile Los Angeles / Hello Impact / Artwork

Global Communications Intern

Seoul, Korea • I interned at South Korean PR company Prain Global in the spring of 2013. During the 4-month internship program, I helped manage the social media pages during campaigns, reported analytics, and translated dozens of campaign promotional materials from Korean into English. The most prominent campaign I supported was the Wiki Korea Tourism campaign featuring South Korean artist PSY.

What’s my superpower?

“Gap Detectors have a finely honed nose for what’s missing and wrong in a situation. They easily ferret out mistakes, sloppy thinking, logical disconnects, short-sightedness in planning, and a host of other problems a team may have but not see. The best Gap Detectors can be invaluable to a team by finding holes before the team falls into them.”
