My name is Emerline Ji. I’m a digital producer, strategist, and writer currently based in NYC.
I grew up in Southern California, frequenting the hot desert landscape of Joshua Tree. I attended the University of California, Irvine, for my college years, where I completed my studies in literary journalism, communications, and international politics. I lived in Seoul, South Korea from 2012-2013 and also have split my time between Los Angeles and the Bay Area.
In 2016, I moved to New York to start building my creative career. I currently work full-time at the CreativeMornings HQ office in Brooklyn, where I run and manage our brand storytelling and content strategy. Before CreativeMornings, I served on the communications teams at Squarespace, Impact Hub LA, and Prain Global.
I also have the freelance experience of running editorial and content for the OKREAL community. My favorite partnered projects included crafting live digital stories for events with Adidas, Lou & Grey, Caudalie, and more.
My current side projects include Seoul Tribe (a new creative podcast about Korean artists and their music) and JOY 128 (a seasonal gathering of likeminded Asian American women over food).
